We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Lead to join our team at Dexterra Group. With over 75 years of experience serving North American clients, we're committed to creating and managing built environments that play a vital role in our economy and local communities.

About the Role

As a Financial Reporting Lead, you'll be responsible for internal and external financial reporting and internal control compliance. This includes preparing monthly internal consolidated financial presentations and analysis, as well as providing ad hoc accounting policy research and assisting with operations and financial services projects.

  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including board packages and audit committee reports.
  • Provide expert advice on complex accounting issues and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Frequently interact with senior management, executives, business unit controllers, and external auditors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in NetSuite, OneStream, or Wdesk an asset.
