About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Exro Technologies Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Job Description
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidation workbooks, and external financial statements by TSX reporting timelines.
  • Accountable for the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, including implementation of additional controls as necessary.
  • Ownership of building out a control framework aligning with SOX and COSO requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of internal controls, public company audit experience, and expertise in implementing internal controls. They will be proficient in technology, ERP systems (currently SAP B1 and MS D365), and MS Office Suite.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
  • A Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience is required, particularly in financial reporting.
  • Public Company audit experience required, both SEC and TSX reporting.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop best practices and deliverables, while maintaining effective communication skills with senior management and across departments.
