Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Line Technician to join our team at DiV Communications Ltd. As a Telecommunications Line Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Maintain Telecommunications Equipment: Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment, including cable signals and associated equipment.
  • Inspect and Test Telecommunications Networks: Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair and Replace Faulty Equipment: Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers to ensure telecommunications networks are functioning properly.
  • Complete and Maintain Reports: Complete and maintain test and service reports to document telecommunications network performance.
  • Work in a Variety of Environments: Work outdoors and in a variety of environments, including on rooftops and in underground tunnels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
