About the Role

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Petroleum File Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of the store price file, as well as inventory maintenance and margin reconciling. They will also be required to receive product into Tronia, process invoices and transfers, and report and reconcile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the overall accuracy and maintenance of the store price file.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
  • Reconcile margins and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Receive product into Tronia and CRS mainframe.
  • Process invoices and transfers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Report and reconcile on a regular basis.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess some knowledge of Petroleum products and a minimum of 6 months' administrative, customer service, or previous file maintenance experience. Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, are required; data entry skills are considered an asset.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Tronia and CRS Mainframe preferred.
  • Computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong math skills.
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
  • Ability to physically perform job functions, including heavy lifting, crouching, and squatting occasionally.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
