About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Café des Amis. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Prepare Reports and Records

Prepare and submit reports and records as required, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.

Language

Fluency in English and French.

Other Requirements

A valid driver's license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
