Job Summary

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverage products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Language: Fluency in French
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
