Food Service Supervisor

The role involves fostering a collaborative environment to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing staff presentation and attire, implementing necessary adjustments when required. Key tasks encompass performing opening and closing duties, which involve organizing supplies and equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and securing premises.
Additionally, the supervisor will monitor storage areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and manage inventory effectively. This includes completing inventory documentation, ordering essential supplies, and overseeing dining room operations, ensuring safety and customer welfare.
Support in the recruitment, training, assessment, and motivation of team members is also a critical aspect of this position. The supervisor will uphold safety protocols, report maintenance concerns, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Collaboration with colleagues to meet quality assurance standards and fulfilling other assigned responsibilities is expected.
Preferred Qualifications- Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent
- Related Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 1 year
- Licensure or Certification: None required
