Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ALIMENTATIONS BSD INC. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment
    • Work under pressure
    • Meet tight deadlines
  • Requirements
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management
    • Criminal record check
    • Own transportation
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. Standing for extended periods is required.
