Destination One Consulting is a rapidly growing company in the recruitment industry, expanding across North America. As an Expanding Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and selling our innovative Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) model. We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of success in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors.

Job Overview

We are currently in an exciting startup phase, offering a unique opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The first six months will be commission-only, allowing you to build our client base for our newly innovated RaaS offering. Starting in month seven, based on performance and meeting your goals for the first six months, you will be eligible for base compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within your designated region.
  • Sell our innovative RaaS model, offering businesses a cost-effective subscription-based recruitment solution.
  • Leverage your existing network and book of business to build strong lasting client relationships.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in Municipalities, Legal, Food, Non-Profit, Healthcare, HealthTech, and other sectors.
  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up with potential clients, positioning Destination One as the go-to recruitment solution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

The Expanding Business Growth Specialist is expected to bring in a minimum of 36 new accounts per year, with a focus on driving consistent growth year-over-year.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in Municipal, Healthcare, HealthTech, Non-Profit, Public Accounting, Legal, or Food sectors is essential.
  • Experience in sales within the staffing services industry or consulting is an asset.
  • A ready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment services, particularly in the North American market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of managing remote work using your home office and internet setup.
