Our Mission

At Winnipeg Technical Services & Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to help us expand our customer base and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our software solutions
  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Proven success in new business acquisition and sales growth
  • Experience in up-selling software solutions
  • Desire to achieve and be competitive with an optimistic attitude
