Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of landscape workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
  • Organize and direct construction projects, such as deck building and wall construction.
  • Supervise a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed.
  • Tender and administer contracts for materials and services.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment:

Our team works outdoors in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines.
