Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of landscape workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
  • Organize and direct construction projects, such as deck building and wall construction.
  • Supervise a team of landscape workers, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and equipment maintenance.
  • Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other gardening tools.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and dangerous environments. The successful candidate must be physically fit and able to work at heights.
