Job Title: Landscaping Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Manager to join our team at LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Tender and administer contracts
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding conditions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Working Conditions:

  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • May be required to work overtime during peak seasons
