Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance and landscaping team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing construction projects, and supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping services
  • Organize and direct construction projects, such as deck and wall construction
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing technical advice and guidance
  • Maintain work records and logs, and administer contracts
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and requisition materials and supplies
  • Work under pressure, in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, and in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions
  • Work under pressure, with deadlines to meet
  • Physically demanding, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
