Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

LAMBTON PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & LANDSCAPING INC is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, including materials used and labor hours.
  • Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other outdoor power equipment.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

This is an outdoor position that requires working in a variety of weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. The work site environment is outdoors, and the job requires physical demands, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
