Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to play a key role in shaping our investment strategy and contributing to the success of our power generation and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities in the power generation and utilities sector.
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and market research to inform investment decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of macroeconomic factors and their potential impact on investment opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of our investment strategy, aligning with corporate goals and risk appetite.
  • Identify and recommend new investment opportunities in renewable energy, traditional power generation, and other utility-related assets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, including financial performance and market positioning.
  • Provide recommendations for portfolio optimization, including divestitures, reinvestments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and participate in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal reviews of potential investment opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed investment analysis and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with investment opportunities, including market, credit, and operational risks.
