About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and mentor a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Customer Service

Prepare and present dishes to customers, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
