Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Blend Kitchen and Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • or equivalent experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
Work Environment:
