About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Montana's BBQ & Bar North Battleford. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our signature BBQ flavors and exceed our guests' expectations.

Chef Management

Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes and provide excellent customer service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards and that our kitchen is clean and safe.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our guests receive a seamless dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, kitchen management, and inventory control. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
