Farm and Commercial Sales Professional

About the Role:
The Farm and Commercial Sales Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for building relationships and providing exceptional service to customers across Western Canada. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on a range of products and services, including fuel, oil, ag equipment, feed, and home and building supplies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the petroleum or agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License; Class 3A or Class 1A an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
