Farm and Commercial Sales Professional

About the Role:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled Farm and Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Petroleum Division, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve divisional goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and management, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in petroleum sales, ag sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License, with a Class 3A or Class 1A an asset.
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting and bending, up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
