Farm and Commercial Sales Professional

About the Role:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled Farm and Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Petroleum Division, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service, support, and knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on a range of products and services, including fuel, oil, ag equipment, feed, and home and building supplies.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve budgeted goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in petroleum sales, ag sales, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License; Class 3A or Class 1A an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds) and perform regular heavy lifting and bending.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
