About the Role:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled Farm and Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Petroleum Division, you will be responsible for building relationships and providing exceptional service to our customers in Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on a range of products, including fuel, oil, ag equipment, feed, and home and building supplies.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve budgeted goals and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Provide after-sales support and communication to maintain and grow relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in petroleum sales, ag sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving targets or goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Highly efficient organizational abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License, with a Class 3A or Class 1A an asset.
- Ability to perform regular heavy lifting and bending, up to 25 kilograms (50 pounds).
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
