We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AUN LOGISTICS. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

This is a temporary position requiring 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be expected to coordinate the flow of information within the team, open and distribute mail and other materials, plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, conduct research, perform data entry, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Benefits

AUN LOGISTICS offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
