We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Clubhouse Eventspace. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and confirming events.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping tasks, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Basic security clearance.
