We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Clubhouse Eventspace. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage and distribute mail and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and confirming events.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
