About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager to join our team at Lightspeed Commerce. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will play a critical role in developing and managing eCommerce product integration partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners who work with Lightspeed across multiple products and regions.
  • Drive alignment on our priorities with existing partners to ensure the projects and priorities we are working on fit our strategic goals.
  • Manage our relationship with partners developing apps that work with Lightspeed's eCommerce platform.
  • Work with internal and external teams on negotiations and agreements with eCommerce partners.
  • Schedule regular touch points with key partners to ensure they can articulate Lightspeed's priorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for inbound requests to partner with Lightspeed.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate agreements with partners across multiple products and regions.
  • Leverage connections with innovative partners in the retail space to create unique opportunities for Lightspeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years working in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space.
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably fast-growth and global.
  • Track record of setting or shaping strategy, as well as delivering executional plans with measurable impact.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups and partners.
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability, while also collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
