About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will play a critical role in developing and managing our eCommerce product integration partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners who work with Lightspeed across multiple product and multiple regions.
  • Drive alignment on our priorities with existing partners to ensure the projects and priorities we are working on with partners fit our strategic priorities.
  • Manage our relationship with partners that are developing apps that work with Lightspeed's eCommerce platform.
  • Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with eCommerce partners.
  • Schedule regular touch points with key partners to ensure they can articulate Lightspeed's priorities and how we can help each other.
  • Act as a point of contact for inbound requests to partner with Lightspeed.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate agreements with partners that work with us across multiple products and regions.
  • Leverage connections and relationships with innovative partners in the retail space to create and develop unique opportunities for Lightspeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years working in partnerships in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space.
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global.
  • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners.
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values.
