We are in search of a Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager. This role will report directly to the VP of Partnerships and will focus on the development and management of our eCommerce product integration partnerships. With a vibrant ecosystem comprising numerous applications and partners creating solutions for our eCommerce platform, this position will navigate various projects and priorities. You will also take charge of direct partner management and work closely with the broader partnerships, strategy, product, legal, and finance teams at Lightspeed to establish key priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for eCommerce partners collaborating with Lightspeed across diverse products and regions.
  • Align our strategic priorities with existing partners to ensure that our joint projects and initiatives are in sync.
  • Oversee relationships with partners developing applications compatible with Lightspeed's eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with eCommerce partners.
  • Organize regular meetings with key partners to ensure they understand Lightspeed's priorities and how we can mutually benefit.
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming partnership inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and consolidate agreements with partners working across multiple products and regions.
  • Utilize connections and relationships with innovative partners in the retail sector to create and develop unique opportunities for Lightspeed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships within the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-growing context.
  • Proven ability to shape strategy and execute plans that yield measurable business impact.
  • Experience engaging with executives both internally and externally.
  • A successful track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across different regions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability while collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and business judgment; alignment with our core values is essential.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a challenging, team-oriented atmosphere.
