We are seeking a Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager to enhance our partnerships strategy. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing integrations with eCommerce product partners. With a vibrant ecosystem of numerous applications and partners creating solutions for our eCommerce platform, this position will involve navigating various projects and priorities. You will also directly manage partner relationships and work closely with our partnerships, strategy, product, legal, and finance teams to align on key priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for eCommerce partners collaborating with Lightspeed across diverse products and regions.
  • Ensure alignment on strategic priorities with existing partners to facilitate relevant projects.
  • Oversee relationships with partners developing applications compatible with Lightspeed's eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external commercial and legal teams on partner negotiations and agreements.
  • Schedule regular meetings with key partners to communicate Lightspeed's priorities and mutual support opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming partnership inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and consolidate agreements with partners across multiple products and regions.
  • Utilize connections with innovative retail partners to create unique opportunities for Lightspeed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships within the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success working with legal, product, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preferably in a fast-paced growth setting.
  • Proven ability to shape strategy and execute plans that yield measurable business impact.
  • Experience engaging with executives both internally and externally.
  • Track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across various regions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and business judgment aligned with our values.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to excel in challenging environments.
