Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and devising strategies to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the food industry and market trends
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and French is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
