About the Role

This is a remote position that offers a unique opportunity to run your own business in your area while minimizing the hurdles of starting one.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads via outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads from your territory.

You will prospect leads via phone and email from industry lists and specific targeted vertical markets as defined by the sales and marketing strategies.

This is an outside sales position with very competitive bonus possibilities up to 30% of base salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives, and incoming inquiries generated through web advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate the Rinox product line and value proposition.
  • Maintain account pipeline with weekly reports to sales management.
  • Provide high-touch account management with a current client base.
  • Determine potential upsell and other revenue opportunities within an account.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Background in Veneer or Siding sales or installation.
  • High-energy individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Experienced with sales quotas preferred.
  • Able to prospect effectively, qualify, and solution sell to the right decision makers.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present Rinox products via phone/web conference, trade shows, etc.
  • Solid computer skills, proficient with standard software products, Internet, and web applications.
  • Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
