Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including product launches and promotions.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the steel and metals industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
