About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Browns Social House Langford. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have what we need to meet customer demand.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Event Support: Organize buffets and banquets to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
