Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Toptable Group. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and assist with menu planning.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume fine-dining environment.
  • Completion of secondary school.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Food Safe certification is an asset.
