About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Small Business Advice Centre team as a Business Banking Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our small business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to small business customers, addressing their banking needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize your knowledge of TD products and services to offer tailored solutions and advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems with speed and accuracy.
  • Digital literacy across a range of devices.
  • Flexibility and resiliency in responding to challenging situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity in managing sensitive customer information.
