About the Role

Premier Financial Construction Software is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by actively engaging with inbound and outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Inbound lead qualification and distribution
  • Setting qualified introductory discovery meetings within the construction industry
  • Understanding customer pain points and articulating the Premier Financial Construction Software value proposition
  • Achieving targets of qualified opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in French and English) both written and oral communication
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, telemarketing/phone prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting
  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiar with PC + Microsoft Suite
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
