Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Small Business Advice Centre team as a Business Advice Centre Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our small business customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals and overcome challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to small business customers, helping them to navigate our products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
