Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our Real Estate and Facilities Management team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment
  • Assist with facility moves, restructures, and reorganization
  • Coordinate and manage security access systems and office assets
  • Assist with health and safety initiatives and attend joint health and safety committee meetings
  • Manage and distribute requests for assistance from the business and other team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
