About the Role:

Fitzrovia, a leading vertically integrated development and asset manager, seeks an exceptional individual to join its team as a Luxury Property Sales Executive. This highly motivated professional will be responsible for executing leasing functions and sales efforts at one of Fitzrovia's luxury apartment communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Montreal.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or a luxury product. A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline is required. The successful applicant will possess strong decision-making & problem-solving skills, superior communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tour prospects and answer questions about the property, amenities, and local community to highlight the quality of the community.
  • Explain lease information, qualify prospects, and build interest to drive the lease closing process.
  • Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.
  • Ensure and monitor all traffic entering CRM/Inbound Channels to track leasing activities.
  • Walk apartment units prior to showing and occupancy by resident.
  • Review leasing paperwork and monitor all leasing workflow requirements.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports as required.
  • Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic. Ensure online advertising is reviewed and updated daily.
  • Review marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals with assistance from the Leasing Manager.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and other representatives.
Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or a luxury product.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, curious, responsive, and result-driven.
Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
