Job Title: Landscaping Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Team Lead to join our team at De Haas Landscape Design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Organize planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of a property
  • Schedule work
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
