Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to separation
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive business results
  • Build strong relationships with business teams to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the SVO on new projects, learning and development initiatives, and EDI projects
  • Analyze trends, data, and metrics to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Canadian employment law and regulations
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and teams
