Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Vancouver. Our client in the Real Estate and Property Development industry is looking for a professional to assist with the full employee life cycle, performance management, and build strong relationships with business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement performance management strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and analysis
  • Collaborate on new projects and learning initiatives
  • Analyze trends and metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Canadian employment law and regulations
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
