Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Western Canada. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting our growth objectives and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract and retain top talent
  • Stay up-to-date on current employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with CIMA+ policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnerships and talent development
  • Strong understanding of Western Canada employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
