Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Firm Capital Property Management Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the operations of a department providing administrative services.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related functions.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, ensuring high-quality performance and productivity.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff members.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
