Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and students, ensuring seamless daily operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

The salary range for this position is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in our area. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Motivate and support staff members to achieve their goals
  • Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries for staff and students
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
