About the Role

At Roadside Tire, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication and information flow within the team
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documents
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
