Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Right Choice Builders Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
