Job Title: Project Administration Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Work setting: Construction company.
- Work term: Permanent.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
