Renewal Project Coordinator

About the Role
As a Renewal Project Coordinator at Paul Davis, you will be responsible for managing renovation projects from initial scope and estimate through to completion. This involves controlling and communicating the budget effectively, ensuring timely project delivery, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide detailed scope and estimates for clients
* Communicate with crew members on emergency service requirements
* Liaise with insurance providers to ensure smooth project execution
* Manage sales, gross margin, and brand experience objectives
* Confirm budgets and work orders before project commencement
* Maintain accurate file notes and update job management software regularly
* Foster partnerships with subcontractors to enhance performance
* Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with project progress
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This role requires working in various indoor and outdoor environments, often involving the use of personal protective equipment. Employees must be able to stand or walk frequently, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
