Job Summary:
At PROARK CORPORATION, we are seeking an experienced Project Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our project teams, including preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and assembling data for periodic and special reports.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
- Planning and Control: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong computer and technology skills, with proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Construction company
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
